You may qualify for FREE delivery on your entire order!
If you fall outside of our free delivery areas or over the Size restrictions (Couriers) the delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart for your convenience it still might be free.
We do have express delivery options available on most item if you require your order urgently however these are excluded from the free delivery offer. 
 
Same Day Delivery Time
Orders consisting of in stock items made before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day (Couriers is next day), orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, this email will also inform you of the tracking information & invoice so that you can follow your delivery online!
 
Should there be a delay with sending your order you will be notified as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our Store in VIC, transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method which it was shipped, however most orders will generally be delivered within 1 and 10 business days. Please see indication list below.
 
Examples of Approximate Transit Times:
  • Brisbane: 2 to 4 Business Days
  • Sydney: 1 to 3 Business Days
  • Melbourne: 1 to 2 Business Days
  • Adelaide: 1 to 3 Business Days
  • Perth: 5 to 6 Business Days
  • Hobart: 5 to 6 Business Days
  • Darwin: 6 to 8 Business Days
All delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control. 
 
Unattended Delivery Addresses & Authority to Leave
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As such we recommend you use a business address or an address where you, or someone you designate, will be available to sign for your delivery.
 
Alternatively, you can give Authority to Leave (permission for your parcel/s to be left somewhere near the front door) on your parcel/s. If you have requested a signature upon delivery and no one is available to sign, your parcel/s will be taken back to the depot and a card will be left to organse alternative arrangements. Re-delivery can usually be arranged however this will normally incur an additional charge at your expense. If no signature has been requested, at the discretion of our courier services the parcel/s may be left at the given address in a safe spot, or taken to the depot and a card left to organise alternative arrangements.
 
Delivery Methods
The bulk of our orders are delivered by Australia Post Eparcel service. We have accounts with several Couriers Company. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the items and delivery time frame.
 
PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
Some orders we are unable to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker due to restrictions put in place by Australia Post on parcel sizes:
 
  • Maximum Parcel Length: 105cm
  • Maximum Parcel Girth: 140cm
  • Maximum Parcel Weight: 22kg
If you provide us with a PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery address and we are unable to deliver your order to it, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
 
International Delivery
 
Currently we do not ship internationally. Delivery is available within Australia only.
 
Out of Stock Items
 
In the event that we run out of stock of an item/s you have ordered, the out of stock item/s will automatically be placed on back order and the rest of your order will be shipped immediately. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the out of stock item/s so that you may choose to cancel, exchange, or wait for these items to arrive back into stock so they can be shipped to you.
 
 
Special Order Items
 
Items that are listed on our site as Special Order will automatically be placed on hold. All other items in these orders will be shipped and when the special order item becomes available we will send it separately. Special Order items will have a time frame provided on the listing (4-7 days, 7-14 days) to indicate how long stock will take to arrive into our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the estimated dispatch date of the order when it is provided to us.
 
Stock Availability
 
The availability of stock shown in the item pages are based on in Store as stock levels as of 5pm day before. 
 
Cancelling An Order
 
In the first instance that you wish to cancel your online order, please contact the Timberline General Store via phone (03)51482356 or email (t-line@bigpond.com) with your customer details.
Prior to your order being dispatched from the Store, the t-line team are happy to cancel your order for a full credit or refund except in the case of Special Order Items.
For orders that have been dispatched from the warehouse but have not yet been received, we will have to organise a return through the delivery service in which your order was sent.
Please note that as the item/s have already left our Store, there may be a return shipping cost, which is at the customer's expense. This cost will be deducted from your credit or refund amount once we have received the item/s back into our Store. To determine the return shipping fee, please contact the T-line team using the methods above.
